What is our return policy?

You may return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and unused. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maisonsoto.com.

What is the return process?

To make a return, send an email to info@maisonsoto.com using the withdrawal form template provided in Annex I B of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, or by submitting an unambiguous statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will respond with detailed instructions and the address to which the product must be sent.  

Please note that STUDIO MAISON, S.L. will refund the amount paid for the product, but you are responsible for the direct costs of the return, including shipping fees.  

How long does it take to process a refund?

STUDIO MAISON, S.L. will refund all payments received within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the decision to withdraw is communicated, provided the product has been received and verified.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not process product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and then place a new order.
